SHIPPING

Emily Kowalik offers free standard shipping for domestic delivery (Canada) via Canada Post, and free standard shipping to the United States for orders $200.00CAD and up!

Shipping cost for United States under $200.00CAD purchase will be a flat rate $15.00 standard shipping.

If you require that your item be shipped faster, please email at contact@emilykowalik.com and we can find a solution.

Tracking numbers will be provided at dispatch.

Packages generally takes 3-8 business days for domestic shipping, and 5-14 days for shipping in the United States.

We do not ship outside of North America at this time, but we will be able to soon! Stay tuned.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Taxes, duties and customs will be the customer's responsibility and will not be paid by Emily Kowalik.

RETURN POLICY

READY TO WEAR

Any ready to wear jewellery that is unused and in the same condition you received it, can be returned for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation invoice, within 14 days of receiving the items. After 14 days we cannot accept returns for any reason. To issue a return, please email at contact@emilykowalik.com.

If the item you purchased is defective upon receiving, please email us within 5 days after receiving the item with the sale confirmation invoice, photos of the defect, and we will work out a solution together.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will not be covered by Emily Kowalik.

MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM

All made to order jewellery and clothing are final sale. All custom jewellery, clothing, and accessories, are final sale. All sale items are considered final sale and are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment excluding the shipping cost. When we have received and examined the returned item, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. Emily Kowalik is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged, or sent to the wrong address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
